Ebenezer K. Affainie, MBA Vice President – Finance and Administration

Ebenezer Kwesi Affainie is a solutions-driven management accounting professional with extensive experience elevating organizational performance through the skilled alignment of financial operations with organizational objectives. At Sunsobo, Eben manages all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting and forecasting. He also overseas and implements human resources programs and initiatives as well as contract negotiation. He has 20+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Performance and Control. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana and a bachelor of commerce degree from University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is a member of Institute of Management Accountants, USA. Eben’s successes include launching and turning around financial operations for increased growth and profitability, and improved risk management. He has held senior level positions at several International Development organizations both in US and Africa.
